LDAA are fully compliant with the new GDPR and UK Data Protection Laws. We work on a privacy first basis to ensure we retain the minimal data required to operate as an association, offer memberships and comply with the requirements of our public liability insurance.
All new members will be required to sign a data consent form when joining us and be given a privacy notice explaining how we use your data. All members will be emailed to request photographic identity for their membership card. Please note that although you are not required to give this information to us, under our legitimate interest this information is deemed necessary to offer you membership of the LDAA and without this personal data, we may be unable to offer you membership.
