Over the weekend of 11-13 August 2023, the LDAA put on a special match to raise funds for St Barnabas Hospice which was held at our North Clifton stretch of the River Trent with Barbel being the target species.
Overall, the weekend proved to be successful for many participants, with certain pegs performing better than others.
A big thank you goes out to all that all took part in this charity match with over £1,300 being raised for St Barnabas. Also, a big thank you goes out to Mick Burley who made this happen.
In addition, the weekend ended with a raffle with many fantastic prizes up for grabs.
